Terms of warrenty
By default, our products are covered by a two-year statutory warranty. This can be extended to a free 5-year extended warranty based on the following conditions:
- We will remedy damages or defects in the product free of charge subject to the following conditions if they are reported to us immediately after detection and within 5 years of delivery to you as a end user.
- The warranty does not cover open seams and is not triggered by slight deviations from the intended condition, which are insignificant for the value and serviceability of the product, from damage due to chemical and electrochemical effects, from water and generally from damage caused by force majeure .
- The warranty is provided in such a way that defective products are repaired free of charge or replaced by faultless products. The costs for material and working time are borne by us. The proof of purchase with the date of purchase and / or delivery must be presented. Send-back parts become our property.
- The warranty is void if repairs or interventions are made by persons not authorized by us or if our products are provided with accessories, or if the product is damaged or destroyed by force majeure or environmental influences is, in case of damage that occurred due to improper handling. The Customer Service (info@paraboo.com) may authorize you to repair or exchange any parts that you receive after prior consultation. Of course, the warranty does not expire in this case.
- A Warranty case does not extend the warranty period or set a new warranty period.
- Further or other claims, in particular those for damages incurred outside the unit, are excluded unless liability is legally required.
- Our warranty terms, which include the terms and conditions of our warranty, are without prejudice to the seller’s contractual warranty obligations.
